Wealth Psychology: Philosophy and Approach
Dr. Ronit Lami’s work focuses on finding creative and relevant solutions to the non-financial challenges of wealth. She does so by facilitating, advising, educating, and coaching clients to develop a deeper understanding of their respective mindsets and the impact that emotional intelligence has on matters relating to wealth, relationships, parenting, family, planning, and succession.
Emotional intelligence (EQ) has a direct impact on performance in every aspect of people’s lives. Just as IQ determines their capacity to learn, EQ determines the quality of their relationships and their financial well-being.
Her clients have referred to her as a “Heart and Mind Alchemist”. The reason is that they have observed her skill at perceiving what lies below the surface. She sees her clients’ greatness and empowers them to create positive, long-term change. Unveiling inner dynamics helps clients break through limitations. And overcoming obstacles that stand in the way of accomplishing their goals.
No two people and no two families are the same. As such, there can be no blueprint for her work. The needs of every client are unique. For this reason, all of her work is tailored to the specific needs of the clients. Initially it involves meeting with clients for an informal conversation in a safe space to learn about their issues. More importantly, their lives and what matters to them. Then she puts together a plan designed to serve their specific needs and their journey begins…
