Katie is a Founder and Managing Partner at Saphira Investment Partners (SIP), based in London, UK.
Katie is the Founder and CEO of Saphira Group and Saphira Group Advisory. She presently advises and assists her clients to structure their investments and to invest their capital around the world in real estate, private equity, venture and public investments. She has been directly involved in advising on over $4.0 billion of transactions in the past 3 years, with a heavy focus on real estate. Active member of the Board of Link Humans the data driven employer brand index company working with Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to this, Katie was the Head of Real Asset Investments at WMG, a London based multi-family office, overseeing the firm’s global investment mandate. Before WMG, Katie was a Managing Partner of the leading boutique advisory firm, Hannam & Partners, where she worked on large cross-border transactions in sectors such energy, mining, infrastructure, real estate, agriculture and financial services. Prior to the takeover by Hannam & Partners, she was a Managing Partner at Strand Partners.
Katie started her financial career at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in the Middle East UHNW private client services trading team and subsequently moved to Credit Suisse First Boston with her team. Following that she became Head of Sales for Caledonia Investments plc’s fund of hedge funds investment, Eddington Capital.
In her personal life, Katie is actively involved with education and school projects worldwide (UK, Asia and Middle East), and is a Founding Trustee of The Childhood Trust, which is now one of the largest charities in London raising millions of pounds every year with the mission of alleviating childhood poverty in the capital. Katie was recently appointed to the Advisory Board of the Mohammad Ali Foundation, promoting his Six Core Principles internationally.
Most recently, in 2018, Katie co-founded and created Al-Johara, the International Saudi Women’s Network for Saudi Arabia’s wealthiest and most influential women. Katie graduated with Bsc (Honors) in Economics and Politics from Queen Mary University of London.
Dominik v. Eynern is a member of a multigeneration family business based in Germany. He holds a MSc in finance, he is a qualified NLP practitioner and he is enrolled in an applied neuroscience training. Nik worked in investment banking and the private wealth sector, and he brings a unique perspective to managing family risks.
Not only Dominik applies the thinking of behavioural economics in his own family life, but he also likes to educate and share with the community his findings.
His mission is to make families in business become aware of their behavioural risk, so that they can utilise the governance advantages and reduce associated disadvantages. His aim is to contribute, and reshape, the preservation of family business and family enterprise culture, which is yet an unrecognized treasure for society.
Aidan is passionate about helping people with their financial planning and investing. His clients benefit from his 30 years of industry experience. His time working as a stockbroker and investment manager differentiates him as an adviser who knows the industry inside out.

Outside of the office Aidan is a keen surfer regularly taking on the challenge of the Scottish North Coast and enthusiastic golfer.
